Jason Flemming received his Bachelors of Arts in Architecture and Interior Design from Michigan State University in 1991. Upon completion of his degree, Jason headed to Los Angeles where he began his career at James Northcutt Associates Interior Design. During the next four years, Jason honed his interior design skills at this high-end residential and hospitality firm.
In 1994, Jason moved joined Oakmont Inc., a multi-line textile showroom where he served as their Outside Sales Representative overseeing marketing and sales for the Southern California territory.
Jason joined Kneedler-Fauchere in August 1996 where he cultivated an extensive client list of industry leaders. During this 7 year tenure, Jason provided outside sales for Southern California and the State of Arizona. In 1999, Jason’s sales for the MGM Grand Mansions realized multiple supplier revenues totaling in excess of 14.2 million. In 2006, Jason’s firm generated $5 million in total sales.
Jason’s background in interior design continues to compliment and reinforce his ability to meet the demands of his clients and satisfy the needs of his suppliers.
Jason TaylorSales Associate
Jason Taylor began his career in Marketing and Customer Service with Hilton Hotel Corporation at the age of 17, quickly becoming an assistant manager at the age of 20 all-the-while completing his Bachelors of Marketing degree from Northern Arizona University. Further reinforcing his education, Jason worked in the banking industry for 5 years, which allowed him to channel his interest in marketing and strengthen his overall business techniques and principles.
At the age of 25 Jason decided to go back to school to obtain his MBA from Grand Canyon University, working full-time as a sales manager within the real estate industry. Upon completion of his MBA a sales opportunity to work in the Textile industry presented itself traveling throughout multiple territories establishing client relationships. This journey provided an opportunity to manage sales and client relationships in Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Arizona and the desert communities for The Flemming Group.
As a team, Jason Flemming and Jason Taylor (appropriately referred to as “the Jason’s”) create a synergistic approach to providing the highest quality products and customer service to residential and hospitality design firms.
Claudio DeLourencoProduction Manager
Claudio DeLourenco received his Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from California State Northridge in in 2011 and joined The Flemming Group the following year as our onsite production manager. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Claudio holds a critical role in overseeing production, supervision and scheduling release of finished goods. Claudio attention to detail and keen understanding of craftsmanship ensures that all custom items pass the quality control procedures at our facilities. Our fabrication and finishing teams often remark that Claudio is ‘just too picky’ throughout fabrication and finishing inspections – an innate quality of Claudio’s that has proven us very well under his guidance and supervision.
Jana BarrosCustomer Service
Jana Barros completed her higher education in business management and moved from the heart of Rio De Janeiro with her husband in 1996. Previous employment included posting and marketing of surplus through such entities of internet access and related resources. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Jana joined The Flemming Group in 2014; Jana’s responsibilities include all aspects of customer services including (but not limited to) client requests via telephone or email; distribution and processing of orders, internal billing, weekly scheduling and cross-reconciliation with bookkeeping. Raised with strong principles and a dedicated work ethic, Jana’s positive energy and desire to excel helps us to ensure that we exceed our client expectations.
